Application for a ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏ Teaching License
If you have recently completed a ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏ approved program leading to licensure with the ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏ Department of Education, including the 3- or 5-year alternate route path, supplemental endorsement, or an advanced program*, a University Recommendation is required by the Department of Teacher Education and Leadership's Licensure Office.
The University Recommendation Application must be submitted to the Licensure and Certification Coordinator via email, and praxis scores should be included if they are not currently on file with the department.

*Educators can upgrade their license directly through the ºÚ°µ±¬ÁÏ Educator Career Continuum Archive (MECCA) once their degree is conferred on their official transcript. A university recommendation IS NOT required for a license upgrade.
